Customer Experience Awards Finalists
The Customer Experience Awards finalists have just been announced and SWR is delighted to be shortlisted in two categories.
The Customer Centric Culture entry focusses on the training and development work of SWR’s ‘Best in Class’ project to deliver outstanding customer service.
The Team of the Year entry outlines the changes SWR has implemented over the past 12 months and how these will support our existing and new customers as the business continues to grow.
SWR is proud to have our achievements recognised and be shortlisted as finalists alongside many of the UK’s top brands.

The Customer Experience Awards is run in partnership with Customer Experience Magazine and Cranfield School of Management. Created to recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across the key sectors and disciplines, these Awards showcase the best practices among organisations, their talented teams and individuals within those organisations.
